Thank you everyone! You are the best! I love my 3FC friends!
No secrets here...just lots of hard work! I eat 1600-1800 healthy calories a day, I log all my food on Fitday, I am at the gym 7 days a week - 3 days a week I strength train and do cardio, on the other days I do longer cardio, add in extra ab work and lots of stretching. I also take a yoga class once a week. I hired an amazing personal trainer who has been a huge part of my success.
I am feeling better than I have felt in a very, very long time! I have 2 young boys and I want to be a happy and healthy mom to them! I have made huge life changes in the past few months. I hardly watch TV, my house is no longer as neat and clean as it used to be, I'm constantly strapped for time at work....but I wouldn't change a thing! I have made myself a priority.
I know the weight loss will start to slow down at some point and I will not give up...EVER. I am doing this the healthy, right way for me and I am committed to a new, wonderful lifestyle!
We can all accomplish our goals!!!
