Oooh nice.

We make a sort of pumpkin dish with egg whites, tuna, peas and some other things and cook it in the oven. Delish.

500 calories for pancakes! Yowza! That's a third of my calories for an entire day. You'd have to be lifting some serious weight to eat all that and burn it off!

His portion size does seem to a little off, given that he's got 1/2 can pumpkin, the equivalent of two eggs, almost a whole serving of oatmeal, plus the pancake mix going into it. Seems like a lot for one person (at least a person of my gender and size) to eat.

I'm really wondering what you make with this. Tuna isn't something I would expect to go with pumpkin.

Not my kind of recipe, but I put in the oats, mix, pumpkin, whites and protein powder into FitDay, and got 514 calories, so he's not wrong about that.

I would assume it a Tom Venuto size portion
