i dont know much about it, but i would say exercising regularly and challenging your body a little fitness-wise and eating regularly

Exercise! Any type of physical activity helps.
Eating a good breakfast every day helps your metabolism get going in the morning.
Strength training helps too, I think.

I exercise daily and also eat about 6-7 times through the day this seems to keep me going well!

Not doing the same exercises over and over again not eating the same foods over and over again .. resting when needed.

Also, get tons of sleep, trust me on this one. When you are tired your metabolism slows down.

calorie shifting- or atleast an 'off diet day" every 3 weeks or so. Don't go crazy, just eat a bit more to jump start metabolism again

I agree with all of you.

Kelly315 - that works so great for me. It just sort of kick-starts your body. I did that when I was on Atkins & it always worked. And even now that I'm just eating less calories it helps a lot. It takes a couple of days to get rid of the water weight, but then you get back to losing.
