Hi there and welcome to the group. You have come to the right place for support. I too get easily overwhelmed by the amount I have to lose. Reading the posts here keeps me focused and determined to reach my goal. I agree with Dumplin, 10lb goals are a great way to go. For instance, from my starting weight, I have 150lbs to lose. What??? Overwhelming! It is a lot easier to focus on losing 10lbs.....fifteen times!
