Talking can I join?!
Hi all!
I was wondering if I could join the 100lb club? I'm maddie I started at the begining of the summer at 250lbs and am now around 235. In total I have about 124lbs to lose.
Being part of this group would be great, somedays you feel like its to big of a goal, it seems like there are people around you trying to lose 50lbs and you wish that was all you needed to loose. It feels a little hopeless somedays.

We would love to have you!!! This is so where you need to be ! It has helped me so much! You might want to try to lose 10lbs at a time. That's how I looked at for me! I can't wait to lose 10 more lbs. Don't waste another day start getting healthier today! Talk to you later!!!!

Hi there and welcome to the group. You have come to the right place for support. I too get easily overwhelmed by the amount I have to lose. Reading the posts here keeps me focused and determined to reach my goal. I agree with Dumplin, 10lb goals are a great way to go. For instance, from my starting weight, I have 150lbs to lose. What??? Overwhelming! It is a lot easier to focus on losing 10lbs.....fifteen times!
