Default Starting my new life today (Day 1)

Today is a new day for me. I have decided that I have to do this. I want to be healthier and I want to feel better. I have about 100 pounds to lose and that seems like alot but I am going to take it one pound at a time. I can do this.

Everyone please pray for me that God will give me the strenght to say no and to keep on going on this road to Successville.

Hi Gracie

You can do this! It took me a long time, patience & commitment but I lost 100 lbs. You can, too.

You may want to continue checking around the WW section, as well as the 100lb club for support

I've been doing this for 2 months now. I also have over 100 lbs to lose. This is the easiest thing I've ever done to lose weight. Together we can do this!

I joined WW today (ive lost count of how many times I've joined before) but I really want to do it this time, so would love some support as well. I have about 62ibs to lose.

I have broken it down into targets to try and make it more achieveable, so between now and Christmas I want to lose 21 ibs, then my birthday is at the end of March so I'm aiming for another 21ibs then, then 20ibs for my holiday at the of July, I'm trying to lose 1 1/2 ibs per week to achieve this.

Do you think this is a realistic target?

You/We can all do this!!!! Maybe the better question is what do we risk if we DON'T do this? When I'm tempted I've been asking myself how good will this really taste? Is it worth the $ I spend each week for the meeting? Is it worth being unhappy with the way I look in my wedding photos? Is it worth feel tired and wornout every day? Is it worth being disappointed in my choice? Most of the time the answer is "Heck NO!!!!"

Hi Gracie,

Can we do this? YES WE CAN!
You will find great support here and don't forget about the faith-based forums. I haven't visited them yet but plan to.
Good luck and God bless,
Rose

I also have joined ww more times than I can count, but am doing it again. I wish you the best of luck. I think that 1 -2 pounds a week is a very realistic and healthy goal.
