I picked up some La Tortilla Factory low-carb tortillas today. They're only 50 calories each (small size)! I'm going to try this for my pizza base today.

It does look good, but I'm counting calories and well, it's just too much for one who eats only around 200 calories per meal (Snack All Day diet). Are you low-carbing, Jersey?

I tried the 50 calorie La Tortilla Factory tortillas today and I'm in love! I'll never go back to regular pizza again! This was amazing!!! I sprayed it with Olive Oil flavored PAM and put it on a cookie sheet in the oven while it preheated. Then I topped it with Preggo sauce, low-fat mozzerella, and turkey pepperoni. Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm!!!!
