Angry Up weight urgg!!

Just weighed in this morning and I'm up 1/2 lb I know that isn't much and could be water weight, it is just aggrivating. The thing is about 2 months ago I was down to 178 for a while. So I am actually up 2 1/2 lbs from a few months ago. I started back to the gym about 3 weeks ago and have seen a steady climb; I know muscle weighs more then fat but come on. This happened last time I stopped weigh training exercise so I know it will "even" itself out guess I just wanted to groan to someone. If I complain to my dh he says so stop going big help huh.

Weight fluctates a lot. I know I snuck in a quick weigh-in this morning and was disappointed to see that I'm only down .2 from Friday.
Point is, no matter how much that scale annoys us, we just have to keep working hard because in the end, we will win.

How annoying, 3callmemom! Scales seem to be just fair-weather friends, don't they? But, no matter what that hunk 'o metal/plastic says, you truely ARE healthier, fitter, and just that much more glorious today than yesterday. Take that, evil scale!
