I took kickboxing a few years ago and loved it enough that I bought a weight bag for home. I've just gotten it back up and usable in the last two weeks and have been kickboxing twice per week, but I only do 30 minutes... It has turned into a HIIT exercise for me the last two times, not really planned! I love it - it absolutely does work pretty much everything. Today my legs, arms and abs are pretty sore! Way to go lasting the entire hour!
