i bought it a while ago, but wasn't ready for anything! not even the cardio dvd's
now i really like the cardio dvd's (cardio kempo, and plyo_ + yoga and stretch)
my husband uses the strenght dvd's because he wants to gain muscle + weight. Strenght dvd's are pretty difficult. you need a chin-up pull=up bar, but other ppl use a band.

They have 3 different programs: classic, lean and doble. (you get all dvd's, the different programs just tell you which dvd you have to use and which days)

I mix my TJ dvds with p90x when i want a reminder of how fun is chalene lol =).

What I've heard about p90x is that it is better to approach the program with a solid fitness base, as it is quite challenging.
