Default Tired too quickly..

I go to the gym every day and I try to do an hour of cardio, but I get worn out way too easily and can only do about 45 minutes. I usually warm up on an excersize bike for 15 minutes and then I do the treadmill (powerwalking/jogging) for as long as I can bear. Does anybody else have this dilemma? Any tips?

If I had to do an hour of cardio, I'd not be happy either, especially in a gym!

My 2 recommendations would be:
1) Look into doing some weights if you aren't already
2) Look into HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) for your cardio. We do talk about it a lot here. Here is a link that explains it somewhat although there is tons of information out there:

Sign my name as well to what Nelie said above.

Also, what are you eating? Getting enough carbs before and protein after really helps. I know if I'm not eating right, going to the gym is MUCH harder. Much.

Mine as well - I was going to suggest doing some weights and shorter cardio. Also, you don't have to do cardio every day, you can alternate - one day cardio, one day weights, etc.

weight training is fantastic. also, you could try something like this http://www.vitacost.com/Sublingual-P...otal-Twin-Pack before your workouts. it can help a little. i take my anytime but i did find it helped a little bit with workouts so i take it before those also.
