Whew!!!! I finally got over the plateau. My weight was hovering around 260 pounds for about a week and a half. I weighed myself this morning at work, after I ate breakfast and had all of my clothes on except my sneaks. I was elated to see that I lost a pound!!!!!! My new goal is 20 pounds by Thanksgiving. This is giving me two months and I can do it. Yeah!!!!
Maybe I need to change the mini goal from 20 pounds to 10 pounds. It seems that it is taking me a long time just to lose a pound. But the good thing is just when I think I am gaining weight from the types of food that I am eating; I am still losing weight even during my period. I will continue to lose it slowly. But seriously 10 pounds is my new mini goal.
