Lots of people have a hard time during their TOM. For me, it is important that I don't let junk into my house when I have a hard time resisting it, like during TOM. Other members find healthy snacks they can indulge in without feeling guilty.
I keep hearing about these roasted green beans, posted by Manick, in another part of the forum - she says they have been a lifesaver during TOM! Pretty much all you do is toss some frozen green beans on a cookie sheet with salt, roast for a half hour, move them around, toss with more salt and garlic, put em back in for another hour til they are crispy. Definitely something I am going to try next TOM
