Bad day....
I'm sorry to complain. I don't know what's wrong with me today. It's just a bad day and I feel so down. I NEVER feel like this.
I acted out to and had a double cheeseburger from McDonalds and a grilled snack wrap. I'm still within calories and already have a nice healthy meal planned for supper, but I just feel so down.

It's just one of those days! I feel you, even though I haven't cheated today has just been...for lack of a better word-blah. It's one of those things where tomorrow is a new and better day, right? And if you're within your calories and do well for the rest of the night, it's ok. We all take a fall every now and again, but we have to get up and dust ourselves off.
Sorry to hear you're having a bad day..and don't worry about complaining, that's what we're here for-to offer support when you need it! Never apologize for saying how you're feeling.

It'll only ruin your day if you let it! You are still under calories, so it'll be alright. I hope you enjoyed your burger at least a bit

I feel ya, I've been down myself and binged.. lets see today I had two cups of Dinty Moore italian meatballs and veggie soup.. then later on I had 2 of those Ronzoni spaghetti 90sec packet things you just heat and serve.. plus since yesterday night had a whole container of Kozy Shack Rice Pudding with added Cinnamon.. talk about binging.. I prob gained another 5lbs on all that.

Tomorrow will be better. I also ate bad stuff today - small macaroni and cheese AND a huge rice krispy treat (!!!) from Noodles & Co. I've got 500 calories left for dinner, though, and that should be enough.

Thank you so much everybody! I really felt like just giving up and not b/c of anything imparticular but just b/c I feel overwhelmed with a lot of things in my life right now. I'm so used to being "together" for so many people that sometimes it's hard for me to reach out and say "I'm not doing good". Thanks for being there girls!

I used to be an "all or nothing" girl. If I messed up just once, I got so down on myself I would just quit. Kudos to you for getting back on track at dinner!

It is wonderfull that you got right back on track after the slip up and still managed to be within your calories for the day. And you said your having a bad day? Well, I am sorry to hear that, and I hope tomorrow is better for you. I understand the double cheeseburger. McD's Double quarter pounder with cheese is mine. Keep up the good work.

I just made it up. I got organic roasted red pepper and tomato soup added water, green onions, cilantro, corn, mushrooms, little grilled chicken, garlic powder, lil salt, cayenne pepper.
It was so amazing and filling too. It's 199 calories per cup so I have a cup and 1/2.
