My next mini goal is only 7 pounds away: 180. I chose this because it's the weight that's listed on my drivers license. When I get to 180, it'll be the first time in YEARS that this weight has been not only accurate, but even close to what is listed! I'll be even more pumped when the weight listed is inaccurate because it's too high, but I'll cross that bridge when I get there:-)
I was just interested in seeing how close your weights are to the ones you've got listed. Are they way under now? over?
My old license said 250 when I was at my start weight. No it says 190. That was renewed in April. I will get it it renewed once agin (new pic) when I get below that weight. Yippy! I cant wait to pay the $25.00
We don't have to put weights on our licenses here in Massachusetts (at least not since I have had my license). I don't think I would like that at all! haha
ETA: I went and checked it out and in Mass, they just put your height and sex on there.
I realized during my weight loss journey that I was actually way below my license! That was a good feeling. When I got the license, I put 150 on it (totally lying) and promptly covered the weight with my organ donor sticker! I am now a good 20 pounds under the weight so I want to keep the sticker on still!
I'm now about 30lb below what my license says. My photo also doesn't look like me any more - since the last time I got the photo done, I was 60lb heavier, had long hair, and it was lighter.
When I hit my goal, I'll go get a new license with a picture that actually looks like me.
Mine says 140 and it's from 2 years ago--I probably weighed 150 at the time. Now I weigh about 166.
I like the idea of having a driver's license that's too heavy, it reminds you that you're really accomplishing something. I used to have to check IDs and there would be a few that were obviously from heavier days--I thought, that's great, you really lost a lot of weight, good for you!
