Default What is the most weight you have LOST on TBL?

I am starting next Monday doing a biggest loser SELF challenge on my own. I have THREE basic rules for myself.

#1- No eating out at all. I will eat only at home..basicly following superfoods RX with protein & whole grains.

#2- I will exercise in the AM.

#3- I will go to the GYM and do major cardio and strength training in the PM. I will add swimming FOUR days of the seven days I go.

I WILL do this challenge...this strictly until I reach 2 4 9 !!! When I reach 249 I plan on doing the gym routine Mon. Wed. Fri. and continue to eat really healthy with occasional weekend eat-outs.

I am VERY curious to see how much I can lose the first SEVEN days..this is for me to get to 249..and I am to the point where mentally it is not healthy for me to not lose more. I am so unhappy and frustrated..it is just not a good thing for me to keep staying within the same two pounds..up and down.

I am so curious to know how much weight an average-person can lose on their own...following their own BL format. I will be exercising about FIVE hours per day.

Is their anyone who has tried this little experiment before?

Just remember muscle weighs more than fat does, and swimming is a sure fire way to build some muscle I can't wait to see how well you do.

Thanks girls for checking on me! unfortunatley my "plan" did not go well. I fell on the stair stepper..the very FIRST night at the gym. I did so good that first day. I did raquetball first..and was doing a combo on weight machine, then cardio..back and forth. I had went through all of the cardio exercise machines and just "had to" get on this advanced stair stepper..you know the one that goes way up high?? Well...somethin happened..I don't even remember pushing a button except on? It started going really fast. The step drug all the way down my front right leg..and I twisted my right ankle...severely bruised both knees. I STILL have a knot below my right knee..the leg that was hurt the worst. I stayed on the couch for like four days...I was scared to put to much pressure on my leg. It was pretty bad.

But...I think, as of last week..I am ok to start exercising again. This could NOT have happened to a worse person. I already had such a bad attitude toward exercise..then I get hurt. But I have did alot of thinking, and I know that this weight is NOT going to budge without some serious burning of fat in the form of moving my body??

I just so NEED to start slow. I can not tell you how sore I was the next day after I fell...I know I was sore from the fall..but I also was sore because I did way to many weight machine reps for my first try?

I am working on BALANCE. Big Sigh.

How are you girls? Do either of you have a definite exercise plan layed out?
