Default Er, 14 pounds in 4 days?!?!?!?

Can this be right? I even had my family members weigh me, as I thought that perhaps my eyes were deceiving me. I can assure you, I am eating VERY well- as a matter of fact, my family is amazed at how much I can eat daily and not gain weight.

I am on a fluid pill and have been for two months, so I don't know if all of this weight loss can be more fluid.

Is this a normal drop in weight?

No, its not normal. I have known people to lose 8-10 lbs in a week but not 14 in 4 days. That is alot of weight but I'm guessing it could be water, especially if your on pills.

How are you feeling?

I just wanted to say welcome and congrats on your loss!!! Looks like your body was ready to shed some weight. It will slow down and at the end it will all average out. I have slowed down to about 1-1.5lbs a week. I just added some more exercise in this week to see if I can get another pund of so off this week! Keep up the great work!

When I run sometime I lose up to 5 lbs or more depending on the weather
and then gain it back when I rehydrate.

Well, that is a lot in such a short period. Are you sure you don't have any other health issues like diabetes?
