I love the show, but HATE all the commercials! Definitely a show to Tivo/Record.

I'm not a fan of the commercials either, I either tivo it, and watch later, or read during the commercials.

I can't believe the father who lost 17 lbs. and all Jillian could do is let him exercise 1/2 an hour. Simply amazing... I mean I realize that they cut calories too, but still...
