Breakfast:
1 Slice Nature's Own Double Fiber Wheat Bread
2.5 TBS Peanut Butter
1 TBS Smuckers Sugar Free Jelly

Morning Snack:
1 Yogurt

Lunch:
Santa Fe Beans and Rice Light Michelina's
1 1/2 C. Green Beans


Afternoon Snack:

1 Banana

Dinner:
2 Fat Free Turkey Hotdogs
Potato Salad made with Light Miracle Whip
