Calorie Goal:

Breakfast

2 scrambled eggs
1 tsp light EVOO
2 cups of hot tea w/ Splenda

Lunch

1 Parmesan Crusted Fish Lean Cuisine
1 side salad (romaine, cucumbers, tomatoes, sunflower seeds, FF Italian, mozzarella cheese)

Afternoon Snack

1/4 cup Organic Banana Chips

Dinner

Broccoli & Sausage Cavatelli - subbed angel hair & EVOO instead of full
