Cream cheese Peanut Butter Muffins
8 oz. of FF or light cream cheese (softened)
1 egg
1/2 tea. SF vanilla
4 packs splenda
4 tbls. natural Peanut butter
Beat all ings. together w/ a mixer. Divide into muffin papers.
Bake at 350º for 20 mins.
I like mine w/ a little whip cream

The recipe is correct as printed. There is no flour - this is South Beach. If you want to know the nutritionals, you can run the recipe though Fitday.

I've made these - I think I might make them again this weekend. They have a heavy/thick consistency with the cream cheese. Not something I'd want all the time, but not bad for something different. Used these for breakfast or dessert.
