2 eggs & 2 slices bacon (I use Boar's Head pre-cooked bacon)

½ sesame bagel with lt. cream cheese

Grilled cheese – made with diet bread, 2 slices 2% American cheese slices, and 1 tsp butter

Sandwich with turkey, ham and honey mustard – use diet bread

Mini taco salad

Fruit & cheese

BLT

Oatmeal or cereal with milk

Back to Nature Banana Walnut Bakery Squares

Turkey sandwich with cranberry aioli

Breakfast sundaes -- made with yogurt, nuts and berries

Eating out: -- I rarely eat out, but when I do, here are my options:

1 slice of a small Papa John’s pizza

Shrimp cocktail

Subway mini sandwich

BBQ chicken -- light on the BBQ sauce and steamed veggies

Taco Bell Fresco Ranchero Soft Chicken Taco

1/2 serving Olive Garden’s Venetian Apriot Chicken -- this comes with two chicken breast halves. I eat one and half the veggies and bring the remainder home for another meal

Some of my faves:

Cornflake Chicken- 159 calories-recipe is posted here on 3fc
Serves: 4
recipe ingredients
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, flattened
1 cup cornflake crumbs
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp poultry seasoning
1/2 cup skim milk

recipe directions
Combine cornflake crumbs and seasonings in shallow bowl. Soak chicken in milk then dredge chicken in crumb mixture. Place on baking sheet which has been sprayed with nonstick spray. Bake at 400* about 25 minutes or until lightly browned.

I usually cut this up into strips and it tastes like the crunchy chicken strips from KFC, esp when you dip them into bbq sauce or mustard

My Fav Salad about 260 calories
1 svg newton's lighten up asian seasame dressing
grape tomatoes
1 stick pepperjack string cheese cut into cubes
fresh spinach
3 oz grilled chicken

Luna Bars- Smores is my favorite flavor

Pretty much any smoothie from Tropical Smoothie Cafe you can have made with splenda and then its only about 200 calories

When I want a chocolate fix- Betty Crocker's Warm Minis- they are little mini cakes that serve one. You can make them in the microwave. I like the chocolate molten lava flavor. 150 calories each.

As far as eating out- Subway is about the only thing I eat that is under 250 calories unless I'm eating 1/2 of something.

Thanks, jy! Did you know Litehouse makes a Sesame Ginger dressing that's under 35 calories per serving?

Here are a few more mini meal/snack ideas:

Starbucks Blended Lt. Mocha Frap

Tall – 110

Grande -- 140

Venti - 210

Starbucks Blended Lt. White Chocolate Frap

Tall – 140

Grande – 180

KFC small Mac N Cheese – 180

1 cup light ice cream

mini split -- 1/2 cup light ice cream, 1/2 banana, a few crushed strawberries sweetened with your fave low cal sweetner, and a little chocolate syrup

I'm working on a fruit pizza recipe -- I'll post it when I perfect it.

Hi Tout

That is the dressing I was talking about! I love that stuff

Here's another mini meal that actually fills me up pretty good for 260 calories

2 slices whole wheat sourdough bread
1 boca all american grilled veggie burger
yellow mustard

I'm definitely subbing to this thread

I love a salad with chicken; mandarin orange slices; blanched snow peas, carrots, broccoli (or you can use broccoli slaw); and that Sesame Ginger dressing.

I found a recipe I'm going to try for the base of the fruit pizza. It's going to have a cookie crust, and cream cheese, fruit and strawberry glaze toppings. And I think I can keep it around 200 calories!

Oh, one more thing -- I found Hills Bros. Cappucino mixes yesterday. I picked up the mocha flavor. It has 110 calories per 3 Tbsp. I haven't tried it yet, but they have an English Toffee flavor too that I tried hot a long time ago and it was yummy! These mixes can be made hot or cold with water or milk. I like to add the milk to mine so that I'm getting some calcium.
