I hope one of the potato dishes are made with an Idaho potato. French fries, mashed potatoes, potatoes au gratin, hash, potato chips -- got to have an Idaho potato. The best way to eat an Idaho potato is to run into the road after a potato truck has driven by and grab any that have fallen!

Hahah ... Ok, seriously, my mom grew up just outside of San Francisco. We used to go visit family there and would pick up artichokes that fell off the back of the trucks. Those were some of the best artichokes ever!

I'm no longer an omnivore so things with meat/egg/dairy and what not I wouldn't try in the future but I've probably eaten plenty in my past...

2. Hoppin' John - I had to look this one up and the answer is no, I would've tried it
3. New Mexico green chile
4. Homemade buttermilk biscuits
5. Tasso - also had to look up, again no, I would've tried it
6. Whole Maine lobster
7. Calabash-style shrimp and hushpuppies
8. Kansas City barbecue ribs
9. Hot glazed Krispy Kreme - I don't actually like donuts and krispy kreme are no exception but in college, one of my friends wanted to try it so we did
10. San Diego fish tacos
11. Cheese curds - had to look this one up too, I would've tried it
12. Key lime pie
13. Philly cheese steak
14. Memphis pork barbecue sandwich
15. Lowcountry boil - no but this looks fun and I would've tried it
16. Huckleberry pie - no and although I don't like pie, I would've tried it

19. Buffalo burger - unfortunately yes, this is the only food I've ever eaten and had a visual of the animal and couldn't eat it

JulieJ08 - California rolls are a type of sushi roll with avocado, cucumber and cooked crab. They are one of the more famous nonraw forms of sushi that contain fish.

Yummy! I notice there aren't any picky eaters around here. It seems like it might be hard to be overweight and be a picky eater.
