Default How many calories do you consume daily?

Hi everyone, I was wondering how many calories everyone consumes daily.

Just so I have a grid, please include height, age, and current weight.

Thank you!

1500+ cals

I say +, becuase I'm not a huge stickler about getting exactly 1500. If I work out, I might have 100 or so more. And some days I just go over a bit. If I were super strict, I'd probably lose faster, but I wouldn't enjoy my life as much.

I am 5'7".

When I was losing weight, I ate anywhere from 1400-1600 a day. Now that I am maintaining my weight, I eat anywhere from 1600-2000 calories a day - with one nice treat meal in a restaurant that increases my average per day for the week. I don't count that meal, but I would say it probably pushes that day into the high 2000s (couple glasses of wine, a few rolls, nice entree, split a dessert).

2150 on rest days/2400 on workout days (cardio and/or lifting)

Strength training - 3x/week (60-90 mins)
Cardio (walking) - 2x/week (60 mins)

Just because it may change on Sunday I'd like to add that these have been my calorie levels since the end of May (@304.2), so including a maintenance week (@3000 cals) I've been able to keep ~2lb/week loss going. Sept. brings changes that may affect daily movement (back to school) so I may adjust them slightly. Likely lower on rest days to encourage me to keep the cardio up (I have no issues with keeping the lifting up). For some reason the eating at different levels based on exercise motivates me to exercise more.

1200-1300 right now, but am pretty close to done with the weight loss part of this process, so going to move up to 1600-1900 in the next couple of weeks, I think. I may try to lose two more pounds to give me more of a buffer before I go into a higher calorie mode. I'm also going to start strength training next week on my new Weider system, so might increase on those days more for the protein...

I'm pretty darn nervous about moving the calories up... but, as I've lost 5 pounds this month with them where they are I think it will be okay...

Calories I aim for to lose: around 1500 per day

Once I get down to 150-152, which is my comfortable maintenance weight, I up my calories to 1900-2000 per day.

I cycle between 1200-1700 calories a day over the course of a week, averaging around 1400-1500 per day. I am 37, 5'7" and I currently weigh 166. I have been at this for about two months, and I have averaged just under two pounds a week of weight loss. I also think, however, that the exercise thing needs to be mentioned. I do at least 30 minutes of moderate cardio everyday and I work-out with resistance bands every other day.

That's a really good thing to mention.

I am at 1800 to 2000 cal/ day

I strength train 3/week, and cardio 5-6/ week.

We don't use our car much, so Dh and I walk a lot. It's not formal exercise, but it adds up.

Height: 6'2"
Weight: 202 (for now)
Age: 35
Calories: Usually between 1,200 - 1,600
(I have a treat day each week where I go a lot over this, and then there are days I go under 1,200 because I'm just not that hungry or whatever. It all balances out.)

Exercise: 30-45 minutes of aerobics/weights 5X a week in the morning
40 - 50 minutes of jogging 5X a week at night
