Last month I did 500 minutes, not the 930 minutes I was aiming for. This month, let's try and do 660 minutes, or 20 minutes a day.

I was thinking about the exercise challenge this morning, I'm going to do this this month and not get hurt in the middle like I usually do when I get back to getting serious about losing weight. I'm going to be moderate and not too gung ho about exercise but consistant.
I general walk about 10,000 steps a day for work, which is about 3.5 miles according to my podemeter. My goal this month is to do 30 minutes of exercise most days of the week-but that's going to include pilates, yoga and weight training. I won't do the same thing everyday-well except for the walking most days.
