i guess moderate for me is about a 7 or 8 on a scale of 10.....i always sweat during workouts. i love it! i'm just having trouble getting over the fact that i've gained some weight back and i feel defeated more or less....
i know there is no "quick fix" but i want to maximize my workout. i am a fan of interval training so i was thinking i'd mix that in with some aerobics classes for cardio and then do yoga during the week with some weight training....
i just need my motivation back.
