1/2 cup of egg whites w/ a cup of boiled spinach and a slice of lisght swiss cheese mixed in; and an english muffin.

Filling enough to keep me from answering 'yes' when the boss asks if anyone wants anything from the bakery for breakfast!

3 fried eggs and a green tea.
I need to buy some sausages or sausage patties. Breakfast didn't seem the same without them but I will make up for that at lunch.

2 hardboiled eggs. Do you guys nuke the sausages? Trying to think of things I can bring to work. I already have to wake up at 5:45 in order to get to work by 7:30 and that is without eating breakfast at home. I eat my breakfast when I get to my desk in the morning.

I think I need to buy some sausage patties or links. I miss having those for breakfast and I can't stand eating eggs (never have). So, breakfast is always a struggle for me.

Normally for breakfast, I have a two slices of bacon and 1 hardboiled egg. I force myself to eat the egg...but I will admit it keeps me from binging at work when someone brings donuts in. haha!

I eat two fried eggs and 3 strips of bacon. Sometimes I put thin cheese slices on the eggs when they are warm and let it melt.

And a glass of mineral water and all my vitamins, minerals and the extra calcium supplement I take.
