Hello everyone - Just thought I would see if anyone is interested in this. I have posted my goals for the next 6 months in my signature and hope to reach them! It helps me by chatting with others that are in the same boat I am. I seem to do better if I post after my weighin on Tuesday of each week and see how others are doing! WTG on your weight loss. I have a "short term" goal...I would LOVE to lose another 18 pounds between now and October 18th, which is hubby' 30th reunion in Orlando. I have been kind of "stalled" the last couple of weeks since coming back from vacation...I was great on vacation, just since we have been home, I haven't been journaling....UGH~! However, I am back to it this week, been 3 days and I have written down everything and staying within points....YIPPEE~!
