Occasional raisin eater here. I don't like raisins in anything, but occasionally like a few to eat. DH likes to make his own healthier version of Raisin Bran by using a Flax multi-grain, high-fiber cereal flake and adding in a few raisins. I get the jumbo tri-colored mix from TJ's.
Mostly the only dried fruits I use are in the steel cut oats crockpot recipe. Then, my favorite is dried pears.
