I'm new...I plan on losing 100lbs. Hopefully this forum will keep me motivated. I will be coming back every now and then if I get any progress.
don't come back IF you get any progress.....Stop in daily. Talk about what is working and not working. There is absolutely no way I would of lost what I have lost had it not been for the ppl on this forum. It's a wonderful support group bc we are all on the same journey.
Welcome - and don't just stop in with progress reports! Post away and let us all get to know you and vice versa.
This is a great place just to chat about anything, not just weight loss.
Well right now, I'm not exercising due to an injury I had at work but I will soon. I am probably going to just start walking. Until I get the go ahead to start doing different exercises. I am watching what I eat. I am going to start drinking water only... once again. Before I danced off my weight. So I may get into that again. =D
