7 days on the Flat Belly Diet by the end of the month (August)

Still doing... finished day 4! Loss so far: 6.6 pounds and 2 inches off waist.
Starting Flat Belly Diet 28 day plan today.

Today is day 8 and I'm still on the plan. Loving it more every day - feel great. Down 5+ pounds!
