Wink Thursday Weigh-In Resuts for August

Okay, this month will be soooooo hot that I'm sure we'll each sweat off some pounds.
This is where we come to post our scale results each week. We'd love for everyone to come join us.

I've got to get another scale or find one someplace where I can weigh. I haven't been to a meeting in ages. Since I'm over my goal weight, I've got to pay. Boo That has kept me from going to a meeting recently.

Hi! Well it's Thursday.......WI day!
I did not have a loss - rather over the last several weeks a 6# gain. I re-did my tickers and I officially "re-started" again today!!!!!!!

Good Luck to everyone else!

Jeanne, good for you for redoing your trackers!

I've got to go find a scale today. I keep wondering what I weigh.

Weighed in this afternoon and I'm down .6. That makes for a total of 4.4.

Well, I weighed on Tuesday morning and was back down within .5 of my lowest weight (which meant I had lost about 2.5 pounds). Then Wednesday I was up 3. I'm back in a habit of weighing everyday. I need to stop doing that!!!! How many of you weigh every day? What's your opinion? How is everyone else doing?

Susan, maybe you need for your scale to quit, too.
I was in the habit of weighing every day. It's been two weeks now that I haven't weighed.
I've got to find a scale some place.
Congratulation on losing all that weight!!!!!

Up .4. Definitely better than I thought it would be. I was expecting a huge gain due to eating out almost everyday for at least 1 meal.

Dori, that's not a bad weigh-in.
You've been so busy with school and all.
It will come off next time.

Default A question

I too have a terrible habit of weighing myself everyday and it just becomes so frustrating. I was wondering though if other out there have a problem with not losing any weight even when they stick to plan all week? I have done this two weeks in a row now. Watched my points all week and not a lb. gone. That is even more frustrating to me.

Stormy, YES! I think we have all had that happen at one time or another.

I haven't been weighing each day lately. In fact when I weighed at the doctor's office the other day, I was surprised that her scales had me down a few pounds from when I was there in April. I plan to get weighed on my scales next Thursday, and then I'll change my tracker to show the weight. On my scales I think it will be a gain.

I do the same thing. I agree with Tammy, i think we all do that. I'm trying hard not to weigh everyday. One year my husband hid the scale because I was do it....... so I bought a new one and hid it from him.

I went out to buy a scale today but didn't find anything that I thought was worth the money. So many aren't accurate anymore.
