Default Wu-Yi OOlong tea -- anyone tried this?

I was wondering if anyone has tried this tea. I usually steer clear of gimmicky stuff, but was wondering if this is a helpful aid. I go in phases of drinking tea. Right now I am in my coffee phase.

Weight loss hype, but otherwise good for you

If you drink 4 cups per day, every day without fail, you might lose up to 8 pounds in the course of one year. This is based on the one published study on tea and weight loss.

However, it's loaded with antioxidants and very good for you

Btw, you do not need to buy the expensive WuYi for Weight Loss tea. It's just regular oolong which is very affordable, without the expensive marketing campaign behind it I love Adagio brand, it's fresh and good quality, and very affordable.

There've been quite a few threads on this forum about it already

How did you do your search?

When I put "wu-yi-oolong-tea" into the SEARCH function On the main navigation bar at the top of every forum, I got back four pages of thread in which the topic has been mentioned including yours and two others today alone.

I thought it taste good, I used with my regular diet and in general I think drinking something hot helps since it feels good in your stomach. But I would definitley go for the cheaper version =]

Thanks, Suzanne, Angeleyez, and JillNicole. I appreciate your responses on my thread. I think I might just stick to green tea. It doesn't seem to be a miracle or anything from what you three said.
