Question Why does it just keep coming BACK???

Hi!

I recently posted on another board that I had gotten down to 147.0, had lost 2 lbs FINALLY! But it keeps on coming back! I can understand, maybe it's water weight. I did drink a lot of water today, but why won't my weight budge? I"m exercising like a freak, eating healthy, doing everything the August 2008 Bootcamp requires and I just keep gaining and losing the same two friggin pounds! It's frustrating! Should I cut down on the water?

No - keep up the water. If you are exercising more, it is likely that your body is retaining more water and you are building muscle. Have you tired measuring and looking at inches lost instead of pounds?

In any case - just keep at it - those pesky 2 lbs. will disappear eventually. Really - it isn't fat - don't worry about it, and don't let that scale get the best of you!
