I am not a real big meat eater to begin with so having meals with meat involved are a struggle for me a little. Even if I am starving I have a hard time choking down much chicken, beef, or pork. I can but it's not all that fun. I do on the other hand love me some orange roughy lol.... I know there are mercury concerns on this, so how much should I limit myself?
Just want to say thanks in advance for any help in this area. I have been reading through old posts on the board and am learning so much!
