Default Using Splenda instead of liquid fructose?

I've picked up several old diabetic recipe books and would like to try some of the recipes. But, they are using liquid fructose and I would like to be able to convert the recipe over to be able to use either Splenda or Stevia. Anyone have any suggestions. I can't really find anything on the internet about it. Thanks for any help.

Well, Splenda Granular is supposed to measure cup for cup like sugar, right?
