I'll get us started for the week. DH and I are having Melt-in-Your-Mouth Pot Roast, leftovers from last night, and steamed green beans and salad.

I'm thinking tilapia fish sprinkled with Old Bay Lemon pepper tonight, with side of spinach and cup of 1% milk.

We're having chicken parmigiana, kind of--unbreaded chicken breasts with mozzarella over whole wheat spaghetti with homemade tomato sauce. Yum!!
