Yay. I get to be first. Reposting my stuff from this morning:

SW: 163.4
GW: 158.4

Whew. I knew I'd get a Tuesday "whoosh", post-TOM. It's only back to where I was pre-TOM, but I'm not complaining. It's just crazy that my body can go from 168 to 163 in a day. And now my new goal is in the 150s - solidly in the 150s, not just 159.8. Wheeeeee!

Yesterday I put in 45 mins on the elliptical - it was an emotional day and I just let it all out. Followed by just basic crunches, pushups, etc. All mat work. My tummy is sore, but it was worth it. Had a good cry while I was at it.

Back to the regular grind now.

Good job, Melissa! Count me in on this one, I have a new scale at home that weighs me more like the WW scale.

Wow, congrats Melissa!!

New scale for me too. Will probably switch completely to my analog scale after TBL challenge is over (but figured I should use the same scale for the whole challenge). The analog only weighs like a pound different from the digital scale anyway. So I only have to deal with fluctuations to within 1 lb instead of 0.2. If I am going to weigh myself everyday (and I have to to stay on track), I need to not be so obsessive about fractions of pounds, especially now that my weight loss has slowed so much after the first couple months...

ANYWAY:

SW: 152
CW: 152
GW: 147

Any day now, 140's...

Another 5lbs down for you Melissa!!!! Congrats!

I will repost my stats from the other thread...

161.6
161.6
156.6

I am almost out of the 60s I can smell the 50s I'm so close!!! I just bought a mountain bike and have been riding 10 miles each day for the last 2 days and that has really felt awesome! We have a really great trail here in GA and its so wonderful to get out there and just go! I think my body has really responded to a different form of cardio! Not to mention the workout my legs are getting!!

I have met my mini goal for the month...I wanted to be 162 by the end of the month and I made it! My next mini goal is to be 155ish by the time i go on vacation to see my bff at the end of aug....that should be totally doable!

Good Luck ladies!!!

Oh I'm jealous! I had a GREAT bike (went to Alaska with me and back to 3 other states), but it got stolen a ew years ago and I've never replaced it. Always other stuff to put money into. I was looking at bikes the other day and I so want one. I would love to be able to go riding on the weekends!
