I am cringing a little because I did not participate in posting hardly at all during July in our beloved South Beach section...either in daily posts nor the Exercise Challenge thread...but I am thrilled that I am now at 149 pounds

12 as of today. That is just because I started the plan this month. For next month, I am hoping for 3-4 pounds as I know things are going to slow down now.
I thought it would only be 2 or 3 pounds, but when I looked at my calendar and tallied the pounds... I loss 6.5 lbs! I'm so happy. I hope August is just as successful.
I made 5 pounds again- and my eating hasn't been as on plan as it should be. I've upped the exercise intensity, so that's probably what carried me. I will need to be better in August!
sign me up for a big fat ZERO! Its TOM right now, but the scale has NOT been cooperating this month! I didn't even try to lose weight last summer, but this heat is not helping me out at all.
I started SBD June 29th... MY July loss was a whopping 17.2 lbs!
I hope to regulate my weight loss this month some.
THough it sure was a nice way to begin SBD!
