This week I'm doing three things just for me:

Throwing away the stacks of magazines cluttering up my little house
Having the chip in my front tooth fixed
Staying on Atkin's Induction for week two

I'm in recovery this week. The introduction of nuts into our diet tipped me over into weight gain. Shockingly I gained 2.8 lbs in 5 days. A few days ago I threw all nuts out of our house except walnuts which I don't care for, and I've now lost the gained weight and I'm feeling back in the grove. Going to be very careful and I've been hiking an extra 15 to 20 minutes each morning to pull things back in line. Scared me!!

Hey Auddie!!!

How ya doing??

Its been very hot & very humid here for what seems like weeks We had strong thunderstorms here on Sunday...Monday morning I went into the office and found out lightening hit our dsl line. The fax machine was out..we weren't able to get online at all...one of my co-worker's network card on his computer was fried...it destroyed one of our printers. The computer guy is slowly getting everything up & running again (this is the kind of work DBF does but...he's in Pittsburgh, otherwise you can believe, I'd be recommending him!) So...its started off being a "fun" week! But, its my birthday on Monday & DBF will be here so...I am a very happy camper!!! We're hoping to see "The Dark Knight"...we both have only heard good things about it & are both looking forward to seeing it! He's taking me to dinner at a fancy smancy restaurant...and I'll be digging out my "little black dress" Can't wait till he gets here!!!
