For those of you with an O'Charley's Restaurant nearby, I thought I would pass this along - it's so nice to know what you're getting at a restaurant.
I ask about dietary information almost everywhere I go, and O'Charley's is no exception. They had no info at the restaurant, but I logged into their website and asked, and their customer service director sent me about 15 pages of info - calorie/fat/carbs/protein info for almost everything on their menu, and a page of WW points. They've got just about everything, including salad dressings, side items, entrees, and dinner rolls (they have fab dinner rolls).
I also got a book from my DH's doctor - for free - called "Food in the Fast Lane". It's put out by Lilly, the pharmaceutical company that makes Humalog insulin, and it has dietary info for about 40 fast food restaurants. You might be able to get a book from their website, dunno.
I'm going to try writing to other restaurants I like, and see if I can get similar info. I'll let you know if it works, and I might try putting it all on a website when I get time. Hope this helps
