Question One Hundred Push Up - Inital Test

Since the old post was getting really long, I thought I might as my question here. For the initial test where we are suppose to determine our level, I am not sure which level I am.

First of all, my upper body strength is none existent. I can't even do two modified push up. Which according to website I should start with the wall push up. But I can do over 10 wall push up in one setting, which means I need to find something in between. Any advice?

Have you tried modified pushups with a step? You could also try using your kitchen counter as a half-way pushup.

Thanks, I'll try that and see if it works better. I guess the trick is to find a stable surface that I am not going to hurt myself on.
