Default Newbie to the Club

Hello everyone!

Just wanted to introduce myself as a newbie to the 100 Pound group. I've been on 3FC for some time now. This website is a great support for me. I try to log on daily just to keep myself accountable.

I wasn't sure if I'd join your group or not. I believe I need to lose 100 lbs. but my DH says that's way too much. So we came to a happy medium in which I will lose 50 pounds. If I feel I need to lose more then I'll continue to the next 50. We'll just let him have that one. Or think he does.

I look forward to sharing with all of you.

Hi Sunshine, and welcome to this board. Even if you don't have 100 pounds to lose, this board is super supportive and fun!

Welcome!

Honestly... Lose enough to be healthy and happy in that... Be it 50 or 100 lbs.

*hugs*

I totally agree. I know that I definitely need to get off 50. 100 would be ideal. That's why I'm setting the goal of doing it 50 at a time.

Thanks for the welcome!

Thanks! I'm sure 100 pounds off would be good for me. I'm gonna take baby steps and do 50 at a time. Maybe 25 lbs. 4 times around would be even better. Something to think about....
