Default South Beach Diet Cookbooks

I have every SBD cookbook but the very first one. Does anyone have it? Is it worth buying? I really like the Quick and Easy Cookbook, and the Taste of Summer Cookbook.

(I'd buy it used from amazon if it's worth buying. )

I think most of the best recipes have been copied into our recipe forum. I have it and find I don't use it much. Most of my regular recipes are adaptable to this lifestyle.

I bought it used off amazon for like $5. It's okay, there are a few recipes that I've used, but I wasn't super impressed with it.

I actually really like it. There are a good dozen or so recipes that I go to often. (you're talking about the orange one....right?) I've used it a lot.

I have the Quick & Easy Cookbook and love it! I use it quite often. I want the summer one too.

I also get recipes from here and other sites. It's always good to have a variety of options.

I like it, ordered from Amazon.com but if you are not sure why not see if it is at your library or take a trip to a bookstore and browse through it? I got a copy of the Quick and East and Summertime Cookbooks from the library first and then ordered the Quick And Easy but decided the Summertime one probably wouldn't get used much by me.
