Tomato & Feta Salad
Ingredients:
3 pints cherry tomato, halved
12 oz reduced-fat feta cheese, crumbled
1 small red onion, diced
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
3 tbsp white wine or champagne vinegar
2 tbsp minced fresh parsley
¾ tsp Morton Lite Salt®
½ tsp fresh ground pepper
Preparation:
Toss together all ingredients and refrigerate before serving.
