How to avoid monthly cravings???
Ok, so I've been on SB for about 5 weeks. I've only lost 9 pounds but I feel better, my clothes fit a lot better, and I'm not having any cravings. BUT, around my cycle I crave sugar and salt. I try to eat other stuff but I can't seem to help it. Does anyone have any advice on how to keep from wanting the bad stuff until the monthly monster is past? TIA
