Default Tai Chi Chuan

Has anyone tried this?! I did 20 minutes last night from a dvd i puchased called Tai Chi Chuan for Health, and I have never worked so hard. Tai Chi looks easier than it actually is. I was dripping sweat! My legs are sore today LOL

I used to do taoist Tai Chi about 5 years ago. It looks very easy, but that very deceptive. It is actually quite a workout to do the full set - all 106 or 108 moves - and to make them all in one fluid motion (I always used to say that one has to be Oriental to be able to be so totally fluid - they must have it in the genes). :-)

I remember being sweaty when I completed a set.
