Default Hi All!!
Just thought I'd put a little post up to say Hi! to everyone. Really looking forward to getting started on the South Beach so pleased as punch to find such an informative forum!

I did SB a few years ago and lost 14lbs in two weeks and felt so fantastic and never regained that weight but I didn't stick to it (I have quite a bit to lose)...and I've been doing weight watchers for the last 9 weeks and only lost 4lbs! So I've decided I'm going to return to the fabulous SB and this time going to stick to it!!!

I've been out bought all my goods for Phase one and I can't wait to get started!!

Welcome to the beach, you will love it here! This group is a huge part of my success, without them I don't think I would have reached my goal and maintained for almost a year now!
