Lori right now I'm working towards following the Eat to Live diet. I've done WW and Atkins before and basically lost interest because I went back to eating my normal (AKA fast food) diet. I'm at a point right now where I have time to cook and prepare healthy meals and am researching different recipes to form a meal plan. Exercise is more of an issue for me, because I'm not really a fan, but I've got my iPod and I'm going to hop on the elliptical tonight (after I dust it off lol). Gotta start somewhere right?
