50 miles (or more) in July!
Here's your chance! July's here so let's set our goals.
If you are new to this challenge, the goal is to walk/run 50 miles (or more) for the month. Everyone is welcome!

Last month I completed just over 115 miles, so I will set my goal at 125 for July. Since it is still June for me (PST)......I will post my miles in the morning!

I want to try to do this. I am not very fast, but maybe I can do this and get consistantly walking every week. Hope this complements my Christmas Challenge, if I can get it going!

Congrats to everyone from the June challenge, it was rockin'!
For July, I will aim for a minimum of 50 miles, since I want to continue mixing it up with swimming and biking.

Last month I set my goal at 75 and completed 92. This month I'm going for 100.
TappingPeony, for me-- this thread goes hand in hand with the xmas challenge!! Each pushes the other...
I'm starting this onth with 7.5 miles done so far today. Most likely not doing more until tomorrow.

Didn't quite make my 100 miles for June, so I'm going for 75 during July. When I hit it, I'll give myself another mini goal ! Got 4/75 done today.

Only did 2 miles today. It was hotter than I thought it was going to be...yuck!
But I made myself do it...if it is hot tomorrow I may swim instead I love swimming....its the only Physical activity I can do and not feel like I'm working out and burning up....
Anyways...

Ok, all. Here I go! I got 2 goals done, made my commitment here and went out to get a new pedometer that actually works and doesn't reset to zero when you least expect it.
I will only put down today what I can honestly account for. But it sure makes me keep moving, 'cuz it keeps me aware that I am sitting too long. Even that is an big accomplishment for me.
So for today I am counting 1.8/50 miles done.
Check in tomorrow. Have a great day everyone.

I'm aiming for 75 this month -- I did about 60 last month. I'm also starting up aerobics again, so I'm aiming for 800 minutes of aerobics too. I shaved off 6 minutes of my 3 mile walk last month! I plan on getting faster, but if I stay at the same pace, I'll be at about 2000 minutes of exercise for the month.
